How long will our knives last?

With proper use, knives can last for decades. Each blade is crafted from premium carbon stainless steel and undergoes a specialized oil-quenching process. This treatment enhances edge retention and boosts corrosion resistance.

How do you re-sharpen your knives?

All knives need sharpening after extended use. While high-quality knives hold their edge longer, you can restore sharpness using a honing steel or a whetstone by following proper technique. (Serrated knives cannot be sharpened with these methods.)

Are the knives sharpened when customers receive them?

Yes. Every knife is hand-sharpened by our skilled craftsmen to 15–17° edge either side—a bevel widely regarded as the “gold standard” for kitchen knives. They are ready to use straight out of box. Please handle with care—the edges are razor-sharp!

Are they dishwasher-safe?

Unless specifically described as dishwasher-safe, we strongly recommend hand washing your knives and drying them with a clean cloth. No complicated care is required—just a simple clean to keep them performing beautifully.
